This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through pawslyqq.com. At PAWSLYQQ, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We stand behind the quality of our smart GPS dog collars and want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your PAWSLYQQ experience.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The 14-day window begins on the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
We understand that sometimes a product doesn't work out for you or your pet, and we want to make the return process as simple and stress-free as possible.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your PAWSLYQQ GPS dog collar must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unactivated, and in its original packaging.
- The collar must not have been paired with the app or activated on any account.
- All accessories, charging cables, and documentation included in the original package must be returned.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number is sufficient).
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or use by your pet.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide you with proper return instructions.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our support team at support@pawslyqq.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item's current condition (if applicable).
- Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Step 3: Pack the items securely in their original box, include all accessories and documentation, and attach the return label to the outside of the package.
- Step 4: Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us, as this may result in your return being delayed or not processed.
4. Return Shipping Fee & Restocking Fee
- Defective/Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or has manufacturing defects, we will cover 100% of the return shipping cost. We want to make it right for you at no extra expense.
- Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong model, the collar doesn't fit your dog, or you no longer want the item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on returns. Your refund will be for the full purchase price of the item(s) returned.

6. Refunds
We will notify you via email once we've received and inspected your returned item. If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account — this is normal and varies by financial institution. If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days of our approval email, please contact us and we will investigate the status.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may make a separate purchase for the new item or different size. This ensures you get your new collar as quickly as possible without waiting for the exchange process.
