This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on pawslyqq.com and outlines our fulfillment and delivery practices for our smart GPS dog collars and pet accessories. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). "Processing time" refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our fulfillment facility. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been dispatched.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We fulfill orders domestically within the United States to ensure efficient and safe delivery for our pet products.
- Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our specialized fulfillment warehouse located in California, United States.
- Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time is 3 to 5 business days for most US destinations.
- Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 4 to 7 business days.

Shipping Cost
We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United States. No handling or delivery fees apply. There is no minimum purchase required — every PAWSLYQQ order qualifies for free standard shipping.
For customers who need their order faster, expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Tax Information
- Sales Tax: Since we ship domestically within the United States, no customs duties apply. However, applicable Sales Tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and California state tax laws. Tax rates vary by county and are automatically calculated during the checkout process.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship exclusively to the United States, including all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us for further assistance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
